The Talent Trouble® Collective coaching program has been created to help leaders on the move harness trouble, unleash talent, and build a foundation for the career and life they want.

- Designed to give you everything you need in 15 minutes a week or an hour a month, with room to go deeper on topics that matter most to you.
- Tools to understand your individual Talent Trouble® Quotient, the people you work with, teams you’re a part of, the organization you’re focused on, and the broader community
- A road map for your next stage of development and priorities to focus on with your manager and mentors
- Refinement of your unique path to be a life-long learner
- Annual cost equivalent to a 1-day training program or 5% of the cost of a year of executive coaching

The program is designed to support your schedule and desired pace. You can keep current in 15 minutes a week or access the online resources when most convenient for you. Materials will be added monthly to your membership site and be available throughout the year.
